"What you're feeling right now is totally valid."

It's okay! As humans, living beings (whatever you want to call it), we're... practically built experience anything and everything we perceive.

Some feelings are more pleasing in the moment, while others, a little less, or a lot. It might be joyful and satisfying, bitter and scornful, angry and expressive, artistic and fluent, passive etc. etc. Feelings are abundant in this life.

But hey, we're here, we gotta experience it at some point, so our best bet is to go through with it, with whatever feeling you have with it. Maybe it can make it more bearable if we figure out a good way to handle our hurdles and rings and hoops and loops of emotions.

Just remember... that it's okay! It will be okay, always has been, always will be... To some it sounds optimistic, but at the end of the day, we're still here, at the very bare minimum.
