"Recommended sleep time is there for a reason."

That reason is to give us of an idea that lets us sleep for a healthy amount of time, so we get enough rest - not to much, and not too little. The ~3 hour difference in each range also differs on the person, which is why teen's recommended sleep hours are something like 7-9 hours? Something around there. Point is, we should sleep healthy... consistent, kind sleep schedules will benefit our health.

But, there's a lot of people who don't do that, for reasons such as work, school, and all. There's a decision to make... What to do? We could... work more efficiently? Wake up earlier and sleep earlier, so when we wake we get up with a clear mind? Well, whatever the solution be, sleep is important, so we must take care of it.
