It's habit, to hold onto something, and habits drive our daily routine. That's why we want the best habits. As such, it is harder to change from these habits... to let go.

First thing's first is the awareness of it, once it is realised that there's a negative habit, we can begin the change.

And there's many ways to change a habit. For example, detailing out the current habit and taking small steps to inch forward. Or maybe something else?
