Honestly, just try working for just two minutes. Thanks to that starting push, your brain was caught onto a momentum that will bring you through productivity for a longer period of time. How about a nice, consistent cycle of work then rest?

The most effort put into a bike is in that starting push, and the rest is easier effort. It's just that start.
