Stress is an encouragement, a push to move us somewhere. We can't always be sedimentary (figuratively, at least).

Our little seed or sapling or flower needs to go through some form of effort to let it grow.

Time will continue moving forward anyway, so what can we do? Moping around just means we'll have to catch-up, in some cases.

It's our reaction to stress that are the difference between growing and thriving and slowing down. What shall we do?
