"If you don't take care of something, you'll have to someday."

The necessities of life aren't to be neglected. There are some in which are involuntarily fulfilled, like respiration, but others we have to do manually, like drinking water and eating the right foods. For example, don't drink enough water and you'll become dehydrated - your body will instinctively (in a sense - it will alert you) look for water, or if you don't get enough sleep you'll feel more tired, or even fall asleep at one point.

In some ways life is a juggling act. A question I wonder is how much 'burden' we should be feeling by fulfilling our needs.
