"Take notice first."

Yes, noticing something's wrong is very important. It's important as to know actually what you're trying to fix. It applies to a lot, if not all problems, or 'problems' (the apostrophes for no particular reason).

But then what? It's no good to have a 'good' idea that one thinks has its potential, but have nothing done about it. It's like thinking of the next billion-dollar idea but not doing anything, resulting in not even a cent. I suppose a possibility arises when something's done; the possibility is 0% when nothing's done.

Notice, and then what? I'm not speaking as a master of this, but it's something that's so prevalent in this busy world of ours, so it seemed worth mentioning.
