What weighs us unnecessarily and unhealthily, and what helps us? There's a lot of 'depends' here, like how some 'weights' are there to make us stronger (like a dumbbell); some 'hard' things are necessary to make things 'easier'. It's the same for what helps us, because maybe there's something/one that helps too much, risking us growing... Though there's still, a lot of 'depends' there.

Life is long-short, but nonetheless we should move with light baggage... necessary baggage. Well, it makes sense. Have a nice day :)
