"What was the reason I wanted this in the first place?"

We can start from a starting point... but sometimes when we think we can get off track. One way to get back on track is to think of the point, and the point usually is the initial reason that urged you to walk down one path. You could stick to it, or you can find another reason, or realise it's better not to trail down that path anymore... and more.
