“Take a breather, now go.”

We make mistakes, and mistakes include things our emotions cause us to do. Things like lashing out for no good reason. Well.

It’s sometimes harder to hear than not, that you should ‘take a deep breath’, but it does help. Drawing the mind back to some air helps.
