"Sleep is your priority!"

... that's the title of the poster I'm currently working on ^^ it's about sleep awareness. It takes up much of our life... and is so, so essential. As if everything else wasn't as important, sleep is pretty important.

Here's the simple reasons:
1) It stimulates melanin production in your body - helping you look better the next morning
2) Refreshes your mind - so you can do things. Even if the reason why one stays up late is to do work, it won't help the next day. Take a break :)
3) It's comfortable...

... it is, night! (Also, say goodnight to your loved ones :))
