Sometimes I'm sure are 'set in stone' or cannot be changed, for example biology (in most cases). But somethings... you can try to find something nice with it.

For example I recently started drinking chrysanthemum tea.. it started bitter but it tastes nice now ^^

I'm not sure what else to say.. but I'm sure we remember as a kid being told to 'try' something which we had already come to the conclusion of disliking, or 'hating', despite not having actually tried it.
