"Don't linger in a feeling that you know you shouldn't be feeling" - Me from last year

It's fairly common, to do something you might be embarrassed from... or regret slightly. But just makes sure to move on, even if it comes back into mind in the future, just know that it's not going to be taken into heart by anyone in the future and that you've got better things to do :)

I've done so many things which have embarrassed me - in public especially... And if you really, really, really don't want it to happen again, apply it to your mind and learning. This may not prevent it 100% from happening again, but really, it makes you more aware of what you're doing, which is essential for controlling and looking after yourself.

Also... don't forget to drink enough water, do things for yourself (not just games -_- there is a 1000% chance that there's something ~out there~ that you'll enjoy and benefit from!!!!). It might be long, but it's worth listening to. It's a Tom Bilyeu interview! Listening to these sorts of things instead of music (don't block out music completely... I'm an A.R.M.Y. and listening to BTS is awesome.. XD) gives you that one step further of knowledge.
